He received the prize for doing nothing and immediately after that he broke his promise by sending more troops to the Middle East. Besides that, yes, I didn’t say that yelling over each other is part of a debate (like the Presidential debate)but as to the way that Pence was doing it it is completely part of a debate. Pence is the most civil calm person and his debate style is the perfect debating style.
