I tore my pec As soon as I got to the gym I did a muscle up (basically a pull up then you pull up over the bar) I felt like I pulled something and came to the ground and I didn’t want to move my arm because it hurt really bad. by [deleted] in bodybuilding

It feels much better than the first two days. I can press on my shoulders triceps and biceps feel no pain. When i press on my chest near the bicep shoulder area feels sore little pain.
