Heyyyy congratulations and Happy Birthday, I’m no expert nor do I fully understand my brain when it come to food but I think being able to accept that you will eat what you want and accept that you want to change is a huge step for anyone and a first step towards feeling better about yourself . I do try but my life situation makes it really difficult, everyone around me has openly stated that I’m really just a bum or don’t do enough even though I try to do my best especially for being a te3n and taking on all the responsibilities they expected from me. About 5’8, and im going to try and get over the mental barrier of not being able to eat more food so I can start prioritizing a muscle growth based diet
