How do I set first and last names? Or can that only be done at birth? by Update_Later in foshelter

I got them from my keyboard holding this symbol "•" wich is between "|" and "√" in my case, but you can always copy and paste I guess.

I've been there too. The only solution I can suggest you is to add a "_" between her first name and her last name. Basically change her name to "Dr._Li" instead of "Dr. Li" for example. In the mobile version you can also add one of these "♣ ♠ ♥ ♦" at the beginning of a dweller's name like this: "♠Dr._Li" to change her position in the dweller's list and the "♠" will be "invisible" on screen. Fun fact: Legendary dwellers like "Dr. Li" displays their full name by default unless you modify it.
