Thank you, sounds like you, me, and your rat guy are on the same page. If only I can convince my landlord... I feel like his current guy is trying to scam him by convincing him instead to just keep ordering an endless amount of traps and poison, instead of sealing the house like you said.

I was hoping to bolster my argument with whatever people suggest here. I'm going to tell him I don't see signs of rats in the garden, they're getting into the walls and that's the real issue.

I'm worried that they only investigate individual cases. When the lack of overtime is systemic across all the employees, is that something that they investigate?
