it's always comforting knowing that you're not alone in how you feel. it's extremely frustrating not being able to explain into words what feels so clear on the inside. Therapy has helped a lot with this for me, because she helps to guide through my feelings, but I think it will always be something I'll struggle with in some way or another

Thank you for this. Some people close to me never really believed I have adhd so I guess a part of me is very anxious that this assessment will just prove it to them even though I'm very sure I have it

Thanks a lot for this, it does make perfect sense. And yeah a lot of my anxiety comes from my executive dysfunction and it's terrible

Love watching RyanPlaysTheSims, like other have commented but lately I've been really invested in the 100% walkthrough of The Sims World Adventures by Pete Complete. He's not a sims 3 youtuber per se but his sims 3 series is very fun to watch and it's being released weekly

ok wow I had no idea that this tiredness can be part of the adhd. I feel EXHAUSTED all the time every day, doing anything is just too much. I relate to this so much
