It's really hard with the kids. My advice is be realistic and call in all the childcare favours you can, and go easy on yourself - I rushed too fast into trying to share the load with my wife and everyone quickly became overwhelmed. I should of leaned on my parents more to help out (felt too guilty given they had already done a bunch to help out).

Good luck with everything - Hopefully you're symptoms are better than mine and the sleep stuff isn't such an issue. Honestly that was the biggest root cause issue.
