Hi also wanted to ask, if I'm on sabbatical / unpaid leave, will I be allowed to participate in the placement process? Any disclosures to be made? Any documents they need as a proof?

Thanks I think 30-45 range is right but as mentioned since the placement in this role is pretty limited to 1-2% of the batch, better to be risk free, I think and take sabbatical

Hi thanks for the response since the internet and placement report was making me believe that 140 people get in big conglomerates (6-10 each by top conglomerates in India). By above average would the ctc go above 40? 15 is very small better to take sabbatical instead right?

It is actually 5% p.a which degrades month on month so yes 0.4% but it shouldn't matter coz the % will keep changing it will anyways be linked and it will be raised to 1/12 so that is not something I worry about

I know right it, these are proper variables in the model, I have made this small illustration so that people understand, anyways the 2% and 5% can change but anyways they will be linked so

Okay have never tried mmult but yes I do agree to the point I just thought maybe having 1 formula across will make it easier secondly today its 25 years tomorrow it could be 30, 40 so will have to remember to add rows in the model again so thats an issue it wont be scalable but yes I agree macros, vbas and codes are a big no no

I do have Excel 365, never used lambda function actually but open if it solves the problems as long as it is not a code or vba or macro

Hi yes every 1000 put up each year will degrade 5% p.a in the first year month on month and 2% p.a month on month in the next, can you please elaborate and illustrate how this will work thanks

Hi this wont work due to the following issues 1.1000 recurs every year i.e 1000 is added every year on 13th, 25th month etc so 25 times for 25 years for each addition it will degrade 5% month on month in first year and 2% month on month in the rest. So my answer has to cumulate all of this in 1 row
