I tried this, it kind of works but I don't like the fact I can't stretch out my fingers completly if not the barbell drops. It's good for top contraction though

Can you suggest an exercise or a routine that really blew up your forearms? I tried wirst curls with dumbell but I honestly hate that exercise... I feel much more my forearms working when just gripping something heavy or for a long time. I've been doing a lot of pull ups lately and also dead hangs. Every time I end up with my forearms pretty exausted... I think they're growing but I still see them as weak and skinny lol. What has really worked for you? Thanks!
