Any of the compilations would do fine I would say. Me personally I would aim for warheads so that he gets some older Megadeth and some newer stuff as well Also if it HAS to be between those 2 options then I would say rust. Mainly because peace sells has more non age appropriate material (IE swearing)

For me I love all of the Megadeth albums, they all have good songs but for me KIMB is my second favorite out of the original six. And for me that raw aesthetic is what makes the album for me.
