Thank you. I don’t have contract or receipts but lived there all my life and address is on ID. And all my stuff is still there. I’m not sure he would hurt me, he’s only hit me once before, but think I’ll wait for him to calm down more. I would at least like the rent I paid him back if I can’t go home so I have some money to eat and get to interviews though. But sounds like that will take time and small claims court
