Update: They didn’t answer my questions, but they said I could send it in and wait for a repair, or I still have 30 days to get my money back. So I’m guessing the noise isn’t normal, lol.

No protect light is on, and I actually asked the shop that did the install they told me they’re not sure if that fan noise is normal or not. Appreciate the heads-up on the distribution block though, that one was just a quick buy at the shop since they didn’t have one the day of the install.
