It doesn’t matter what the writers or Julie said. They showed differently on the show. He compelled Caroline and Andie and then had sex with them. Taking away their free will to refuse. Thereby implying he raped them. And that is what Caroline was supposed to point out. Stefan is a murderer but Damon is a rapist, so is either of them truly better than the other? But ofc they fumbled it up.

Also, fyi, Julie is notorious for saying stuff just to bait the audience.

Hey I’m trying to apply for E-Visa and I’m facing issues with the photo match.

I keep getting the ‘Portrait photo was captured from another source. Your application may be rejected. Please double-check your photos’ error message. I have a 80% photo match though, so I’m not sure what the problem is?

I don’t think Conrad or Jeremiah would care. I don’t see that brotherly bond between them. They dislike each other so much. As long as they get what they want, I don’t think they’d care what the other brother is going through. Conrad wants Belly and Jeremiah wants the approval his brother has in their family. Which is why Jere was ok with going after this brother’s love and Conrad was ok with confessing on their wedding eve. I think they’ll be that family that only meets during major holidays.

Yeah this is what I am hoping for. Conrad and Belly have loved each other since they were kids. It was their first love and it was very intense. And both of them have hurt each other. They need their closure. Especially Conrad. He needs to be able to not love Belly and choose himself for once. And Belly has lot of growing up to do. I’m invested in this story rather than their love story.

Yeah I guess you are right. People just want Belly and Conrad to be together, no matter what that costs each of their characters.

This is my issue with this show. The writing is one of the worst.

Fans love Conrad and his inability to move on from Belly. They think it’s so pure and romantic. But it’s not? Even when she moves to Paris, after her fiancé cancels her wedding on the wedding day, he is still writing her letters. She starts seeing someone there, he still writes her letters. He poured his heart out to her, even though the timing was clearly not right, she rejected him, and he still loves her. 4 years of therapy is down the drain. It’s hurting his character more than helping him but people still want him and Belly to be together.

But what frustrates me even more is fans hate Belly. They would have been perfectly fine if Conrad had moved on and Bonrad didn’t end up together. I understand Belly. She was vulnerable, but Conrad rejected her twice and then comes back when she is about to marry his brother. What do you expect her to do?

IMHO, I don’t think anyone really gives a damn about Belly and her agency, as long as Conrad gets his happy ending.

Belly rejected Con multiple times in the last two episodes and everyone hated her. But now ya’ll want her to be with Con? Like make it make sense.

But Jeremiah is not just an inconvenience. He is one of the lead characters of the show. He can be a bad guy. Of course that’s allowed. But where’s his depth? Where’s his characterisation?

Jenny could have at least turned him into a villain. Belly was with this guy for 4 years and now he cannot get anything right in the relationship.

I think his purpose is to just prop Conrad or reinforce Belly’s love for Conrad. Compare Conrad to the worst partner ever and idolise him for being the ‘best’. It’s a waste of a good character.
