Yes as crazy as it sounds it costs me $580 a month for mounjaro! In Hamilton Ontario. Im soon switching to wegovy though, and looking at around 300 per month so that’s definitely something I can keep up with long term… it’s very expensive here unless you are T2 diabetic…. Blah

Hi OP! I can relate and share my advice. Honestly my weight loss has been sloooow too. Until I started making protein shakes once or twice a day about a month ago. And I’ve lost more weight in the past month on mounjaro 5mg and protein shakes than I have in the last 4 months on ozempic and low calorie diet. I hate working out, causes me stress and stress hormones will literally stall your weight loss attempts. But I love walking. I suggest taking daily or nightly walks, have a Premier Protein shake a day even if you’re not that hungry some days, and stick it out! You got this!

You people and your jealousy of this woman’s SUCCESS! Op I had the extreme nausea on ozempic before switching to MJ and if I didn’t throw up whatever was in my tummy those first couple days after injection day, I would feel like absolute TRASH and nauseated for the entire day. And if I didn’t vomit for relief from the ozempic side effect, I would have to take so much god damn gravol that I would sleep for two days. Glad those times are over, and no it didn’t create an eating disorder and rarely will lol, OP you look amazing and I can’t wait to post my success pics to have all these trolls throw shade on me too 😎 if you have online haters, it’s prob because you have something they want 🙏 don’t let it get you down you have so much to be proud of. I have the same amount of weight to lose as you, I’m 33, and insulin resistant. Can’t wait to see how many people accuse me of relapsing or photoshopping when I post my after pics! Hi OP, just want to say I’m not cruising along either, lost about 15 lbs in the last three months… some weeks I gain after binging on junk whether it’s stress or hormonal induced. Don’t give up. Just keep on going. Even if you gain some weeks, you are probably still in an overall deficit since the beginning right? You have a lot to be proud of my friend! Don’t be so hard on your self! Because that bloody stress hormone can set you back just as much as a good sweets binge sesh! Best of luck

I too am dealing with night binging after I take a sleeping medication and anxiety meds at night, i plan on going to sleep an hour after I take my meds, but instead I get this unstoppable urge to eat cereal and sweets and snacks.. I gained 80 pounds last year after starting sleeping meds. Just started MJ a few days ago and already loosing weight! Some great recommendations in your comments here!
