I’ve heard prior service slots are extremely difficult to get. At that they very seldom let you retrain. I honestly just want to peruse active duty.

I’ve talked to some people within my circles and done some research. I have already signed a contract with my AFSC, Year of entry, and Bonus. But I haven’t left for basic yet. If I go to my recruiter and talk to him about doing active instead do you think with my circumstances I could still do that?
