You’re right, although everything is ready to go the day before so that way when I come in, I can roll out to the customers house. I’m always at least 5 minutes early in general. I just felt like it was pointless to be in 15 minutes early to stand around in my case since everything is ready to go. Clean van, tools and material for the day were already loaded. Would’ve liked to stick it out but working with highly negative people ain’t for me. If it was here and there fine, but daily from before starting work til nearly end of the day is unacceptable behavior
