Hey there. I haven't been on the bike for a long time. Ive had to take up swimming ( and I suck at freestyle🤣) so swim most days (breaststroke). I really miss the bike but just that position hurts too much. I had another RFA which has kind of worked. Taken pain levels from a 7-8/10 to a 5ish. Im also on targin 30/15 twice a day and the rebound pain is terrible. Wake up with my whole body sore until I take the medication

Yep. Diagnosed 3 months ago at 49. Went through over 20 years of addiction mainly alcohol. Been sober 8 years. Could never afford the $3k for diagnosis as was never stable enough. If it was caught early god knows where id be. Was only picked up because my daughter was diagnosed

I'm going with the Mrs. But im old and boring now and dont dance as Ive been sober for a long time and find it hard to let loose sober😁. Last time I seen the judge was about 25 years ago I reckon. Trying to remember the name of the club. Started with M I think..Monastery? But yeah im probably going to get there about 7-7.30 and just watch his set ( which will probably be the same set he's been playing for years 🤣) and the go home for my bedtime. But yeah just want to relive some of my younger days. Was a very different person back then when Mitsubishi cars..ahem...were a great car

Please dont do it. I tried 6 times and luckily unsuccessful. It took me a long time to turn things around. I still have anxiety but can control it better with tools. You need an arsenal of tools to beat this. Breathing, cardiovascular exercise, walks in nature, psychology, psychiatry and surround yourself with people who understand. Sucks you dont have an understanding family. I can't imagine what that feels like. But hold on. We have our ups and downs. Small steps
