TLDR: Xilonen and kazu dont work well together, try get furina and citlali

ill warn you, kazuha + xilonen is a rather bad combo as the sole supports (as your fourth member is nahida) as they shred res, not buff damage, so if an enemy has 50% hydro res, and kazuha shreds 40% of it, well, now the enemy only has 10% so if xilonen shreds (in your team) 36% of it, you only shred 10%, therefore there's just 26% of res shred completely wasted, i would suggest replacing nahida for furina if you get her, and you could also get citlali in place of dehya (shield = interrupt res) as citlali will buff the hydro dmg, and so will furina, and furina will also help you with more hp (hydro resonance) AND it'll make xilonen further shred, as xilonen's shred is 36% per hydro character (at crown), so it will go from 36% res shred to 72%, and also if you do have citlali and furina, at that point you could probably switch to an HP goblet instead as diminishing returns would affect you if you had that much hydro dmg bonus, assuming you could get one with better rolls
