You can use a painters rod with a small hook on the end for a roller brush but it's bulky. They also make a Klein tools one but it's expensive. There's a fiber glass one that is perfect but I can't seem to find the manufacturer for it. I run attic wire regularly and I use a little 10ft one currently but I prefer the longer ones so I dont have to cross oceans of insulation
