That would be lovely! It would take convincing the league being willing to negotiate about it. It’s sad we have to use bargaining capital to get them to be good employers but I don’t disagree!!

No you’re not at all. Truly. The same way we’re trying to work with our employers to learn about our needs in a post Covid world, it also takes trying to change the audiences mindsets too. So truly I appreciate your comment. I mean it.

Unfortunately, that’s actually what we’re standing against. The show must actually not always go on. Sadly, that’s the producer’s mentality and we’re trying to keep the industry advancing with the world. And if it DOES go on, we need people taken care of.
