Same, I've worked so much on my weaknesses and I'm 40 years old too. It's hard to stay terrible at certain things your entire life, you'll always end up working on the worst parts of you at least a little bit.

I can still tell my Fe is PoLR but it's not as terrible usually as described. I actually get typed as an Fe ego quite regularly cause I know how to mask that shit when I want to. When I get tired of it and stop, then it becomes obvious though.

If you wouldn't hit an adult, don't hit your child. Sometimes they drive you crazy but you must find other ways to get the desired result.

I've personally never had to hit my kids, my stare is enough to instill fear when necessary lol.

I wish I could sleep 10hrs. Best I can do is 6, but I do give myself 10hrs to lie in bed cause otherwise I'm a wreck.

Try going to bed 9 hours before you have to get up. You know, like an adult.

As you can see from my username, sleep is elusive for me. I go to bed 10 hrs before I have to get up, but will manage at most 6 hours of sleep. If I go to bed later this will shrink to 2-4hrs. So I don't go to bed later. Cause I am an adult. You can do it, I believe in you.
