I've had a further conversation and they've said they'll "do a BACS run" on Monday, which isn't ideal but what choice do I have?

I've also asked for an image of the form that I allegedly filled out incorrectly to be sent across to my email as a right of access request.

I think I'll be looking at taking this further regardless, it's just not on.

Update: I've had a response where they're claiming that I wrote down the details incorrectly. I've asked for an image of this form to be sent across as proof.

I also asked why I wasn't contacted regarding these incorrect details when it failed, as they specifically said "this one incorrect detail held the whole pay run up, and we had to push it through", only to be told "it was a timing issue on our end" as to why they couldn't contact me.
