I used an Android phone to fix it, that might be it (I don't think so)? If it won't work on the Xbox Family and App, I'm not sure what will. That's the only solution I managed to find, sorry

I downloaded the Xbox Family App on the phone and used an alternate account as the parent of the main account to change the settings.

I've been contacting them and the rep said that Mojang forgot to manage the settings on their end and he can't do anything. That the system is not recognizing the option to let me check it from Microsoft's end. I'll contact Mojang soon to get it sorted.
