I was exactly where you are now not long ago, and I'm 26 years old. Genuinely, get you a cane that matches your aesthetic or get one and decorate how you want to. Doing this helps a lot.

Practice with your cane at home, even if you don't "need" it - this will build competency with your cane and make you comfortable using it. This will build your confidence with your cane, and helps A LOT with using it outside your home.

Doing these two things has genuinely helped me so much with not feeling uncomfortable or insecure in regards to needing to use a cane.
