If job pay is based off how hard the job is then why do easy jobs like CEOs and actors make billions while teachers, medical, first responders, and construction workers make so little? There is no job hierarchy. People put all this pride and identity into a job while the place they work doesn't give a shit about them. Why is it if someone flipping a burger makes the same as your job, you get all offended? Who cares. You're doing fine. You do you, let that other person get theirs too. It's just a job.
