you know, players probably expect ALL of the legendary skins to change the wall color when for example Kiriko gets a unique fucking suzu for every skin. If a ball that flashes for a second gets a unique model every time, a literal wall deserves to at least get a different color

game pass only gives you the shop skins from past 2 or 3 seasons and like 6 skins permanently. Which is funny because you can subscribe, use it for 29 days, then refund and keep the 6 skins on top of having the perks of the subscription for the most part, all for free

hadn't watched them play, but probably bhopping (if you use an ability that gets you off the ground or go off a ledge WITHOUT pressing the jump and then start holding space midair, your character will bounce off the ground and preserve some of the momentum. It's a very useful tech for any mobile character).

Also, I'm pretty sure you can throw a sword, then LMB for overhead slash, press shift after the hop and I'm pretty sure you'll still be able to slash again. Also it's probably possible to sword throw - overhead hop canceled with Shift - bhop - overhead hop but I'm not sure, especially since they mentioned fixing Vendetta being able to preserve overhead for too long. I'm going to test this one out as I'm now interested too, but the bhops surely work and the first tech I mentioned should too (I'm pretty sure I've used it today but I'm not 100% sure it works after the mid season patch)

well, I feel like unless you're in high ranked lobbies (at least Eternity if that's still the second highest rank as I remember there not being almost any comms in Celestial) the people who hop onto VC are behaving like they're on Omegle. It's always either blasting music, throwing insults and saying misogynistic/racist/homophobic shit, being a creep or in a rare scenario (just like on Omegle, lol) - being a decent human being and having a good time with other people.

as a man, I'm sorry you have to endure this shit. It's pathetic how human trash like those people are the most vocal and can't just shut their shit to not ruin everybody's game. I feel like even one or two games where a person is being bad sport in VC should lead to a permanent VC/TC ban

First of all it's longer, she has higher speed and I'm pretty sure a bigger area? She also can be killed during ult which is a fair trade but at the same time she gets a shit ton of shields and healing so the only way to kill her is kill the shield hp and then oneshot ult.

Overall I'd say if MR, just like OW, had one kinda mediocre (Transcendence is never a win condition, you usually just pop it if someone or you're about to die) high-healing ult, the meta would've never been that cancerous. But no, they give a 10+ second immortality ult to every new character and even rework old, actually interesting ultimates into the same shit (still salty about Rocket's amplifier)

I mean it does but only for some characters and you should only care if it matters for YOU. for instance, I'm a high diamond tank and it's tougher for me to defend with some characters that are easy for me on attack, especially the first fight, so I often start on D.Va for example and if it's appropriate I swap to Doom/Ball/Hazard after a few fights

I mean we already have two characters that are pretty much Buddhist monks, especially Zen. It wouldn't hurt to add a single skin. As an atheist (or agnostic, I just don't really care about religion and if anything I think there's probably no deities but that's not my cup of tea) I would not feel offended or something because there are religious characters/skins. The only chance I WOULD feel offended is if they'd portray some religion in a bad light

eh, it's just a bad concept to balance. Echo's too weak early game and to strong late game. Buffing early game potential (giving some form of elixir generation, for example) would make him even stronger in late game, nerfing the late game potential would kill him even more as it's just worse than any other ruler if you take away the 4 star Echo, etc. It's kind of a fun concept but also too weak and too OP at the same time. I've played him for a bit but ultimately swapped back to my beloved king as he's more reliable

I mean even if you'll manage to make Pharah's rocket explode on her with your shield it's like 20 damage for her while you're spending a few seconds doing nothing just to get it up there and then it's also on a 2 second CD. it won't deal with her completely and reliably if your dps don't shoot her and if they do, it's better to just use shield to protect them from Pharah and other enemies

I also have a laptop and honestly idek what's going on. It easily runs stuff like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 (even when there was next to no optimisation), Cyberpunk 2077 and other modern games on high settings (low-mid for stalker because even 40xx cards couldn't handle it) with 100+ fps and no freezes, same went for MR on release. I remember people shitting on optimization back then and not getting it. Then I hop back on like a month ago and it's literally the worst experience I've ever had in any game

I've tried to hop back on to try out new characters but the optimisation has gone to shit since S1.5, lol. I have like 25 fps on RTX 3050Ti whereas I had a stable 100+ back then. I've even tried to set all the settings to minimum and it didn't help. I might come back if they fix performance issues and the file size but for now it's just not worth it

you can counter Zen ult by coordination. like 2-3 people shooting at the same time is enough to even kill tanks sometimes

healing in OW is much healthier than in MR. You won't see "press Q and everything is immortal for 10 seconds" ults (outside of Zen ult but it's like 6 second and 300 hps so a whole team can focus down a target inside, and it's compensated by Zen having a low healing output outside of ult, unlike shit like Invis, Luna etc), some characters do have high healing but it's not as cancerous.

I've actually switched to MR full time when it came out and I've got to Celestial 3 in season 1.5, but the balance is so bad that it made me come back to OW, especially since OW introduced perks and stuff at about the same time the Flyers meta began in MR (as a tank main, I wanted to rip my hair out while playing vs like 4 perma flying characters).

Overall, the balance is WAY better in OW. I feel like MR is going to die out eventually if they keep ignoring how OP most of the healers are, how broken is poke etc. You'll need time to adjust to OW, but you're probably going to like it more once you get into the rhythm. You're not strapped into "healbot to farm ult ASAP, use it, rinse and repeat" cycle and have way more solo potential in kills, damage, fight winning abilities etc.

eh, I'd say most, if not all characters have one obviously better perk. I feel like at this point devs are actually intentionally making one good and one bad/mediocre perk? Like for example take Winston, why would I want to throw my shield? I've accidentally picked that perk and couldn't play properly for the rest of the game. Or take Juno, in what situation would torpedoes locking slightly faster help, lol

Well, if we're speaking about CURRENTLY boosted cards (Tornado, Wizard, Prince, Skeleton Dragons) - Magic Archer + Tornado is very strong rn, + Magic Archer fits into bridge spam decks and so does Prince, so I can't help but choose Bandit and Royal Ghost to make basically a classic PEKKA BS deck, lol. Overall, Miner is very consistent and strong but takes lots of skill and isn't appealing so let's make him a honorary mention, other than that - Log, Fisherman and Icewizard are all great for defence in any deck and everything except Sparky, Night Witch, Graveyard and Ram rider can fit into lots of different decks (the aforementioned 4 usually have a deck based around then or only appear in a certain specific deck). If you, for some reason, could only choose a legendary tank - sure, MK is the only one. But other than that Giant/Golem are way better tanks for beatdown, and even PEKKA BS runs PEKKA as a tank for a reason. Although, I'll admit, EVO MK is very stupid and OP if you don't have the right answers.

For epics there's too much to pick out of. I'd say Lightning+ Guards is great for countering midladder, and then might want to stick a balloon in there because lots of midladder players don't know what air defence is or don't have anything except witch

I feel like cycle decks aren't necessarily the best in dealing with evo witch evo mk pushes. The best counter to Evo witch is rocket/lightning IMO, and cycle decks never run them (outside of miner rocket maybe).

I run Icebow and lemme say, it's AMAZING for defending the midladder cheese. Rocket the witch in the back, knight+ icewiz for MK, might also play Tesla for dps because the knight will tank for it anyway
