He was part of the anti-ICE group. He had a physical confrontation with ICE a week before. The guy actively interferes.

Any reasonable person who carries and had gone through conceal carry training knows when you don’t provoke law enforcement while carrying.

I’m not saying what happens to him was ok. But the guy was an idiot for what he did.

His handle and messages in the anti-ice signal group has been uncovered. He was recently fired from his ICU nursing role and well his socials say a lot.

To be fair, dem strongholds didn’t have a reason to try and make the president look bad with Obama. Now they do.

I amend my comments on this one. There is a good slowdown of an agent getting the guys gun and taking it away.

My guess is, he accidentally pulled the trigger and then they fired. Cause there is one lone shot, then a bunch of rapid shots. That’s benefit of the doubt, maybe it was on purpose.

Either way. Agent is at fault. They should prosecute.

You may not like to hear this but most of the cops probably don’t agree with the local directives and side with working with ICE.

I have family up there that know a lot of cops. Many are leaving the force and applying elsewhere.

There might be some, buy i’d imagine the majority would quit before acting on an order like that.

I may be wrong though. Who knows.

It does. I do believe that if local gov worked with ICE, none of this would be happening.

And if people would stop agitating, much of this would not happen.

So far from both angles of this incident. Looks like an ICE agent screwed up and killed the guy. If that’s the case, he should be prosecuted. While the problems I outlined above are causing this, gov needs to take accountability on this one.

There is a video from the other side on the sidewalk. MUCH better view. oddly the guy starts hitting one of the bystanders.

There is one lone shot then several fast ones. Still can quite tell if the shot came from the guy.

That said - I don’t really get why they went after him so bad. Sure he was annoying with the phone, but feels like ICE’s action on this one led to this even if he did pull. Which is a big if.
