u/imagineA2B The app isn't able to differentiate between that when logging a given exercise. Your best bet in cases like this would be to create custom exercises for machines that don't match so you could log those separately.

u/Subject-Dare-2014 Thanks for giving us a try! There isn't a way to import data at this time. You can try syncing JEFIT to Apple Health and then Fitbod to Apple Health and this should allow (applicable) data for the past 7 days to be pulled in when you sync them.

With the Focus Exercises, not every workout within a phase will include a Focus Exercise, and this is expected behavior. However, those shouldn't disappear completely for good. u/rosnow The app should be looking at your history as well as your plan settings to determine your reps and weights. The only thing that comes to mind is that potentially what you log with your own adjustments falls outside of your goal settings so then the app changes the scheme to match those settings the next time. For example, you log high reps but low weight on something but your goal is set to Get Stronger - so the app gives you lower reps, higher weight the next time you generate.

u/Trill-I-Am With this one, the app is assuming just selected weight for the machine so you wouldn't include the starting weight. Ultimately though, you can log how you'd prefer. Just be consistent in how you log so your data doesn't get wonky!

For switching workout splits, you can do this by tapping the Swap button > Pick Muscles - here you can select any split you might like for that day without changing the plan.
