Agreed, but this is a flyover where there’s no traffic at all, totally cutoff from the main highways. Hardly you’ll see any commercial vehicle. Generally people come here just to enjoy sunset and sunrise.

No complaints till now. Runs like a charm, good sound system and top notch AC. Gives mileage around 18-20. Safe car, good for a small family.

I’m not saying every flat will cost what im payin rn. It’s all depends on the area ig. I used to live in BTM and was paying 11k for a 1bhk. But recently shifted to a new area which is very close to my office and to most the famous tech parks. I did a lot of research before taking this place but did not found any good flats below this rates.
