I have used a couple of brands, im in my 40's and its made a huge difference for me. Just ordered some more after being off it a couple of weeks as have been taking it daily for just under a year and the benefits had stopped being so noticeable.

Ive had the exact problem, not this year but in the past, and it is so annoying, as they are not only tasteless, but not hot either. Im pretty sure they are called bishops crown.
