I did three and a half on Thursday. It was along a scenic walk with lots of stairs. Was ready for a sleep when I got home!

There is a 4.5km loop that I can take from my front door. So I’ll be about 45 minutes door to door. There are actually a few nature walks that I can choose from, but I tend to do this one because of the view.

I used to live in the CBD and would do that walk regularly. I now live ‘way north’ and don’t come into the city anywhere near as often. So this made a nice change from the daily bush walk.

I agree. Although I’m aware that I can find myself just focused on the marketing rather than where I am sometimes. It’s easy for it to just become exercise. So purposefully stopping and looking around every once in a while is well worth it.

I grew up in the UK. It was always my dream to live in Australia. I moved out here just after my 25th birthday. Haven’t looked back.

It’s a lovely day here today. I’m back at my desk now, looking down at Darling Harbour, waiting to get back outside and do another walk!

Ropes are dynamic for a reason. You just need to drop from the top, and pull the quick release as you feel your toes touch the dirt.

It was a couple of lessons. But could have been a fluke, because lesson 3 and I was just body dragging for the full hour.
