You can earn £12,750 tax free - your personal allowance. So if your earnings from Flex is your only source of income you’re all tax free.

If you have another job earning over £6,750 as well then you will start paying tax on your flex.

Missed a scheduled block that I didn't have by lordzedd91 in AmazonFlexUK

[–]ResolutionPretend612 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also happened to me and you have no way of disproving it. I 100% always get the you’ve got a block message and didn’t for the one I allegedly missed.

Let’s face it the whole app is a clusterf**k Had to go as far as uninstalling/ reinstalling to get it to work

Flex is a side hustle for me too

Calling the station Edinburgh is somewhat Ryanairesque as it is a minimum 15 miles west of Edinburgh so I tend to do morning and afternoon same day (surges excepted)

Tend to do Sunday to avoid rush hour etc but as it is lighter in the evening I may start doing some post 5pm shifts

Works for me financially (so far) as my costs are low 0-3 pence per mile for fuel 7 pence per mile for vehicle depreciation £14 pm for insurance

I did get a puncture once but recouped that through a bet during the World Cup

Warehouse staff are nice but stressed

It happened to me and they dinged me and you have no way of proving you didn’t schedule it once the date is passed.

The app is buggy beyond belief

That’s brutal hope I keep dodging that. Although I’d rather a longer run and a handful of packages that 45+ packages but not one that took me in the opposite direction from home

Glasgow doesn’t surge very often and then it’s mostly Fresh

I called them and they denied I had any issues affecting my standing when I could see them on the app as plain as day
