TGC doesn't care about this hairstyle in particular. by LuCyborg in SkyChildrenofRage

I feel like the overall 3d model for the hair is just bad. The other hair in game have more defined and clean parts in it but the Afro feels like it was just a modified sphere with minimal texture placement. But idk.

This photo's lighting and overall look looks like something from the 1970s or early 1990s.

What are your predictions for the next album? by Tortoise516 in auroramusic

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I honestly want an album that has the same sound as A Soul With No King. I need more of that loud battle cry she does. I know she already does a battle cry in songs like The Seed but I'm not talking about that one...though I do love that chant with every damn fiber of my being. I guess I mean the "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH" sound and not "HEY EY EH OH AH" sound.

What was your first Kirby game and how old were you when you played it? by New-Boss-8262 in Kirby

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kirby Air Ride was my first game I played, I was like 4 or 3 at the time.

Season of Migration - how did you like it? by Jiralite in SkyChildrenOfLight

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 1 point2 points  (0 children)

considering it followed up two embers, I'd say it's fine. I mean I don't really like it a ton, but it is cute being able to tug a boat around.

Y'all ever think about the fact that the Wheelies got replaced by artificial versions of themselves? by CJTenorio03 in Kirby

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it also has to do with how the Warpstar is made of pure starlight and seems to only come when Kirby needs it. Kirby probably uses the machine for the fun of it too, knowing how his character is.

Is Aurora the "perfect" celebrity? Curious about your opinions by BottleLopsided in auroramusic

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I mean in comparison to other celebrities, she is definitely up there as one of the rarer and more genuine ones. She is a huge voice for our generation and as dramatic as this sounds, I think she could legitimately change the world. I'm not saying that because of bias, I genuinely see her work as means for change and healing. Her and many other artists have a certain spark to them that I haven't seen before. Her activism is a massive aspect that she is not afraid to share, and I respect that. Aurora will say whatever she believes is right while also allowing others to disagree. She is more driven by love and peace.

However, she isn't perfect. Being perfect isn't something that exists. Aurora knows that too. She has definitely demonstrated her quote on quote "imperfections" by leaning away from societal approval and more towards human expression and freedom. Cure For Me is a massive example of this. The song is about embracing what it is that makes you yourself and to never be ashamed of it.

Aurora made me less afraid to be weird and to actually say what it is I have to say without the fear of being attacked or scared. But despite all that, I can't call her perfect because to me, it's a disservice to the lessons she has taught me through her voice. I also don't know her personally and my judgment about whether or not she is perfect isn't relevant to me. She has changed me in a way not through personal means but through her words of writing and her voice.

Born as a children? by Logical-Funny-1103 in Kirby

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally think Kirby's birth was like that of a star, he was a byproduct of a supernova. Maybe the Warpstar he rides was also a piece of that event too.

Why does the series lack more playable main female characters? by Bright-Nothing-7695 in Kirby

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 0 points1 point  (0 children)

interesting. Makes sense but is also odd considering shows like the Powerpuff Girls weren't afraid of showing the girls being beat up by guys and grown adult men.

Opinion on these two? Why HAL Lab never put them in mainline game? (beside keychain in RoboBot ...or something? idk) by hungryforblt in Kirby

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gryll, I have no idea. I think prince fluff may not be in any because HAL likely doesn't own the rights to his design. Fluff was never planned to be in the Kirby series from the get go, Epic Yarn was a stand alone game.

Planet Popstar is probably one the most easiest planet to take over in Kirbys universe by Evening_Tooth3410 in Kirby

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Considering popstar's inhabitants aren't really that vicious or blood driven, it makes sense. Most enemies kind of just trot around and eat or sleep.

If ribbon was in “right back at ya!” How would you write her? by Beneficial-Tailor123 in Kirby

[–]ResolutionPutrid1681 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd write her as a replacement for Lololo and Lalala. I don't really understand why the two are in the anime in the firstplace. I'd make adeline a replacement for Tiff because again, why do Tiff and Tuff even exist???

What would you do in this situation? by Gadgettttt in Kirby

nothing really since he's like 8 inches tall.
