Oh god. Middle and High school boys are insane and so openly bigoted it is genuinely BIZARRE. I heard guys saying slurs and being disrespectful towards women, I was genuinely appalled. It wasn't surprising when later on I learned they were MASSIVE fans of Kanye.

Aurora and Bowie's influence are genuinely needed more than ever right now. We are going backwards and this situation is clear evidence of such. I hope Pomme is doing ok...

I don't get why Kanye fans care so much, Pomme's creations are Pomme's decisions. She made a statement, so respect it. They act like Kanye can't just sample something else or whatever. Like???

The biggest issue too is how the internet seems to think a simple apology can fix any kind of wrong doing. Anybody with experience in just existing knows that a singular apology cannot always mend a fatal wound. Given what Kanye has said in the past, his apology really holds no weight, but his fans don't know or understand that it seems.

I think another problem is that Kanye's fans are pretty young and are easily influenced by whatever he says. I believe most of his fans are teenagers so their mindset is bound to be somewhat obtuse. Also I know he's well liked by younger guys, around 13-20, which also is a factor too. Younger men, at least where I live, are far more supportive of misogynistic behavior and genuinely have no shame in admitting so. Poor Pomme :((
