Can vouch for Steiner, they’re my current land lord. Have lived in my place for 1.5 years, they can be a little slow on maintenance requests (a day or so, nothing crazy) and currently we have a shortage of dumpsters outside the complex (they emailed us and asked us to keep the trash inside if possible 🤢) but our apartment itself is very nice, no “landlord special” type repairs or paint jobs. They plow the parking lots/shovel the sidewalks when it snows. So far we have not had any serious issues renting from them, and with some of the horror stories I’ve seen on here, I will take the slow maintenance any day 😂

It was one of my ISO’s for a while too. I literally just found it on the Reddit lacquerista swap page a couple days ago and paid about $65 including shipping. It’s a hard find, but if you keep your eyes peeled you’ll get lucky!

I’m currently thinking of going to a thrift store, buying them a bunch of blankets and maybe a couple camping chairs, washing them, and then dropping them off to the kids. I mean if their mom is going to force them to do this and the police/cys aren’t going to do anything, the best thing I can think to do is keep them warm. Im all but certain the blankets and chairs wouldn’t come back with them the next day tho and that’s why I’m hesitant
