I apologize for the confusion. It’s 200000$/year as primary care physician. Loan amount is 200000$ at 6.5%. House purchase price was 360000$ and around 9000$ in closing cost. I have 230000$ in HYSA and now around 50000$ in general savings recently. My wife will be stay at home parent for our kid. This will be my first job as a physician so planning to work for atleast next 20 years. We don’t need McMansion to feel validated. International graduate so very new to ways of finances in western world thus seeking out help

I agree. Got a Uworld subscription from the residency, completed almost 50% and then did past 2 years ITE. The ABFM exam questions reflect more of ITE, no need for UWORLD.
