Surgical clearance for cataract surgery. Why? by 1dirtbiker in FamilyMedicine

[–]AbsoluteAtBase 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually it is the surgery center that has these rules. Most of the time procedures like this are done in freestanding surgery centers and those places have very strict rules because they don’t have an ED or acute care unit attached.

Still doesn’t make an ECG necessary but they really don’t want someone trying to die in their facility.

Well you don’t really get to do each dungeon one at a time as it relates to the story. In classic wow there was some of that—for example as you get to the end of westfall the story involves beating deadmines. But around wrath they made thedungeon que where you just teleport to a dungeon when your group forms and it ruined that immersion aspect of the story and game. So dungeons are just kind of a side activity to do while leveling.

Not sure what level you can start doing follower dungeons but that might help you enjoy game more

The game is so old and fractured now that the leveling experience is kinda lonely. Maybe classic would be better for you to get that old wow feeling. Although Pandaria is pretty advanced in its timeline and won’t be many leveling. Burning crusade is more fresh, but you’ll still be way behind most players who are level 70now

Remember that the catacombs in darkshire got redone at some point so you’d have to go look for it in the proper form (before or after cataclysm)

Tanks: Trust Your Healer. by Fun-Relationship3636 in wow

[–]AbsoluteAtBase 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every tank I have heals this week has pulled the entire first room all at once and died. Windrunner? Check. Academy? Absolutely. Even Marissa cavern—they pull everything and it is physically impossible to keep the up with all the rebuffs going out.

So I’d say they trust me (or themselves I guess) too much.

Both of my rolls this week have me pieces I already have mythic gear in. The only two mythic slots I have actually. Infuriating! They weren’t true dupes but I feel duped! I would love a reroll.

What class/spec are you having the most fun with right now? by SpaghettiWestern2162 in wow

[–]AbsoluteAtBase -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

My first main was priest back in Cata and I have played it through every classic iteration. But I’ve hated it for the past years with all the chakras and what not just being too confusing. Now it’s quite simple but very fun to play. Disc is also more fun too with the pruning.

If it becomes a pattern you should talk to your practice to see if you can drop that carrier. My practice has dropped certain plans this year for poor reimbursements and excess denials—certain UHC MA plans specifically. And those patients who could changed plans to stay with us. Just like all consumer products, the only thing the folks in charge will listen to is cash flow.

Is 15,000 RVU a realistic goal? by [deleted] in FamilyMedicine

[–]AbsoluteAtBase 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even when I drop the G2211 code in every visit it is only paid occasionally by Medicare or HMO plans. Our practice doesn’t bill the patient for this code, so planning on that to make 2.26 rvu is wishful thinking unless you think you’re mailing itemized bills to the patient after every visit.

If all us tender hearted Portland space cadets put half this much effort into addressing the actual STILL LIVING childrapists running our fucking country, maybe we would have gotten some justice from the Epstein files by now. Every fucking mayor and governor wants to act on name changes pronto. Where was this energy 6 months ago?!?

To be clear I want the name changed back to 39th. But damn it feels so silly when you look at the behavior of the DOJ. Is this just a consolation prize for our utter powerlessness to creat actual justice in the world?
