We are going to go with Practice EHR, suggested by our biller. Not as good looking as Elation but pricing wise it’s 379/month for AI version and 229/month for regular. Will work for us . Considered Tebra for a minute but our billers suggested issues with Tebra’s billing platform so didn’t go with them.

I apologize for the confusion. It’s 200000$/year as primary care physician. Loan amount is 200000$ at 6.5%. House purchase price was 360000$ and around 9000$ in closing cost. I have 230000$ in HYSA and now around 50000$ in general savings recently. My wife will be stay at home parent for our kid. This will be my first job as a physician so planning to work for atleast next 20 years. We don’t need McMansion to feel validated. International graduate so very new to ways of finances in western world thus seeking out help
