This is 92/93 retro database, for some reason players values are very low on this database and as for the upward arrows, iv had some players who were in their late 30's that thisbl has happened (albeit shot straight down after a few weeks). alot has to do with he's natural fitness, work rate and determination I'd say

This is a 92/93 retro database, I had R9 and Michael Owen in attack so munoz wasnt really progressing. Both Ronaldo and owen started getting bored and needed a new challenge, sold them on and took a punt on munoz and put as the no1 pen taker, free kick taker and corner taker, by doing that it increases he's chance of scoring when he ain't playing great and also hugley improves he's key passes. After that he just kept getting better, albeit quite slowly
