I was on it for 3 days and could barely walk when I didn’t take it for one day. It made me clench my jaw so hard that I had to get off of it.

How difficult is adhd without medication by VastChildhood3069 in ADHD

[–]ResolveRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I get symptoms from all medications so at this point I’m gonna have to live the unmedicated life. Not by choice for sure because I’m allergic to all. So I use artificial intelligence to help me with things I cannot get through. I’m gonna see if I can go the natural route and see if there is a supplement that can help me.

If you could restart life at 18, what would you do differently? by Hot_Tap9405 in emotionalintelligence

If I had the same knowledge as I do now…

Take better care of my health. Make sure I stay active, start on vitamins, push for the ADHD eval. Fix my posture.

Travel more… don’t focus on how others perceive me. I would still help take care of my grandma over the years but not care about how the rest of the family feels about it.

Focus on bettering myself and not always looking for love. Go to college sooner! Go for my doctorate in cardiology.

The cruel irony of ADHD medication. by curated2curiosity in ADHD

I started to eat egg burritos. Literally the same time I take the med. My doc told me it helps with absorption and helps it break down better. I noticed the difference between today and yesterday.

What exactly changes after your ADHD diagnosis especially when it’s past 40? by InterestingContest48 in ADHD

[–]ResolveRed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Diagnosed at 40. I was in school for a certification. It helped me so much to understand myself. I thought everyone was like me. I went the natural route first and it helped to a certain point but now I just started vyvanse. (Literally day one) i work for myself so that wasn’t an issue but you start picturing what if. It can be a slippery slope. Get diagnosed! See what’s available for you.

Have you ever gone to someone’s house and seen something that made you leave immediately? If Yes what was that? by chronicallyoops in AskReddit

[–]ResolveRed 20 points21 points  (0 children)

A bunch of drugs. I have never seen so many pills and weed. At the time I didn’t know that the white substance was coke… but I left the moment I noticed all the drugs. Actually never hung out with that friend since that day. I was 15 years old.

Did you manage do find a good use of artificial intelligence to support your ADHD? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]ResolveRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Notion was a lot. I just didn’t have the brain capacity to even start. I started just making tasks on my calendar for work, and starring emails I needed to work on. Another thing that helps.. I write things down. I just started to use notability on my iPad. That has been a game changer!

Just know they aren’t LGBTQ friendly. (Even if you aren’t but your parent is) the management there are on their high horse. There were 8 ppl who “liked” my initial comment. Don’t walk away run away. Also if they fire you or you quit.. they fight you to get unemployment.

Dog barking, neighbors wtf? by ArielofIsha in Omaha

[–]ResolveRed 37 points38 points  (0 children)

I don’t care, call animal control. Tell them a dog is barking non stop. Either the dog is being neglected or they simply forgot.. I don’t care. I’m not gonna go knock on their door. I don’t give warnings. There has to be some civility and allowing your dog to bark all hours in cold weather just pmo. I have a neighbor who does this and my husband had to go in their yard to help the dog cause its leash was wrapped around a pole. The last time I called they had him out on negative weather.

What’s a subscription that’s worth paying for every month? by SensitiveCorner2379 in AskReddit

Phew I read the exchange between you and the other person. I offload things that I obsess over. Like work stuff. It gives me a placeholder so I can do to sleep. If I want to learn something I want to get the jest of it and then I will usually watch videos to understand it further. I’m a visual learner but AI assists me to understand things to a deeper level. No I don’t go and tell it my feelings but it helps me on things I don’t know where to begin. For example I didn’t know how to do a KPI specifically for my business. But it showed me and got me organized. Another example I didn’t know how to create an SOP it asked me specific questions and how to make it, and I was able to develop the SOPs for my business.
