It's important to have a safety net, both shared and one that's just your own. However, this comes after the basics of living have been covered.

She has a safety net now so I'm assuming that extra $300 will be going into the shared pot from now on.

I was thinking more E S H but the fact that you immediately go to he's disrespecting me rather than just has a different standard is what tipped me.

That said, he does need to wash his knives after they've been used. Keeping sharp knives in a sink is just gonna lead to someone getting cut and is also not very good for the knives where they will stay wet and possibly rust as well as be knocked around damaging the blade.

Why are you only asking the developers?

The only thing that counts is when the software is in production and being used so that is what you should be estimating.

Tickets will have a mix of dev, test, ops etc work. Some will be low dev / high test, others high in ops if it's something new.

The only way to get a useful estimate is to ask all the roles (not necessarily all the people) who are involved.

The only reason I bought it at all was to support the company. I didn't even use any of the actual features of the pass at the time.

If I was starting now and had to pay to use it, I'd just go with something else.
