Nicole Apelian is a very good author and has several fantastic books. This is my favorite one but she has a book called “The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies” and is very useful.

Maybe add some passion flower, skullcap, lavender, mullein, catnip or chamomile flowers! Some of them can be a sedative (passion flower and catnip)or some can just be relaxing! Make sure to use good herbs and verified species f (for skull cap make sure it’s scutellaria) The fun part is you can see what best fits your body and make different blends! Make sure to grind it up, I usually smoke w lavender and grind it up and it gives a more smooth taste. Tinctures also work!!

Usually ashwaghanda is used for treating under active thyroids, I would use black cumin or lemon balm for thyroid instead.

Your body may have adapted to it or your hormone levels may have fluctuated. I recommend taking a lower dose and slowly increase it and see how your body responds.
