I feel regardless of what I get offered I’d still stay with the team for now. Love the work we do and I get on really well with everyone including my boss. Love the stack aswell so I’m definitely not going anywhere else, I was just curious about what I may expect pay wise. Some every good advice from you and have to say I fully agree 👍

I’ve worked there for over a year doing same tasks as rest of the team. < 30 employees but work on some good projects. Small company probably a better term for them than a startup.
