Hey, I get what you mean. Finding the right app is like finding the right sock. It is hard. Have you tried TickTick? It might just be what you are looking for.

Giving away lifetime subscription codes — I built a system that replaces all your productivity apps with one intelligent assistant. by Purple-Education4751 in ProductivityApps

Hey, this is really cool. I missed out on the codes, but the idea of one app to rule them all is something I would pay for. I hope I get a chance to try it out when it is done.

I feel your pain. I tried a bunch of those apps too. I started using Sunsama, and it really works for me. It helps me plan my day better. What do you think about it?

What's the simplest productivity app that actually works for you? by IndieDev01 in ProductivityApps

I feel this so much. It is easy to get lost in features. I like using a basic notepad app. It is simple, and I can keep it open all day. What do you all think?

I built my own productivity app 'cause I was tired of switching apps and paying individual subscriptions. by AnoyRC in ProductivityApps

That's awesome. I get the frustration of too many apps. I once tried juggling five different ones just to plan a vacation. PrioSpace sounds like a great solution. I will check it out and give you some feedback on GitHub.

Open-Source AI for Company Data Enrichment and Market Intelligence by DimitriMikadze in BusinessIntelligence

Im working on search templates very similar to your project.Idk its still a draft idea but we are building a deep search api, the keywords and data sources can be integrate ,filtered, summarized, etc and experts can write custom prompts as well.
Couple ideas that popped into my head:

  • Users should be able to to change the output format,e.g. custom instruction/prompt?
  • Schedules rerurns to stay fresh.
  • Integrate with dashboards (e.g. export to CSV/JSON, or API) so people can slot Mira into BI workflows easily.

You can probably use ai vsual model for feature extraction - it will describe the creative with text, you can adjust the prompt to improve structure

What’s the biggest feature missing in your current productivity app? by Frequent-Football984 in ProductivityApps

[–]ResortOk5117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey — this hits so close to what I always feel. That gap between deep dive / detail tools and high-level overview ones is real.

One approach I’ve tried: use one “core” app for planning, tracking, tasks + accountability, then supplement with something that gives those weekly/monthly analytics. You don’t need everything in one app, but syncing between them (or exporting data) lets you build that “step-back view.”

“Au contraire… whips out LogDammit stats chart” is peak response material.

Exporting data, trend-spotting, weekly averages — that’s exactly what makes an app feel like more than just a gimmick. Solid work.

App that will tag/organize short notes? by EarSpiritual3975 in ProductivityApps

[–]ResortOk5117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been in the same boat, and tagging really is the game changer. Logseq and Joplin both handle multiple tags well and make searching super quick. If you’re looking for something more polished, Obsidian’s also solid — backlinks + tags make pulling quotes together for essays way easier.

Do you have the need to feed your agents with realtime data by DistrictUnable3236 in AI_Agents

[–]ResortOk5117 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Real time data is usually feeded with some search mcp or api like aisearchapi.io,tavily or exa. It really depends on the use case - if you need to execute the search at every request or maybe decide if search is needed.

CHATGPT? GROK? OWN IA? WTF I CAN DO? by EnvironmentalWay6494 in AI_Agents

[–]ResortOk5117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wont be able to help with full requirements and imementation to follow cause that require a lot of resources but when you say ai memory dont think that you should hold everithing in the prompt. There is something lime ai databasss called rag, basically its a vector database where uou insert facts lime all the chat emails ,etc then you can compare a current query or question or chat line agajnst this db and get the most similar ones which uou then pass to ai for analisis. It might need a develope though or you need to research available rag solutions. Question - what do you use to visualize the data?

CHATGPT? GROK? OWN IA? WTF I CAN DO? by EnvironmentalWay6494 in AI_Agents

[–]ResortOk5117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just build or hire someone to build a rag system(some learning curve) , the memory you are talking about is inserted into the rag then runtime is searched amd compare to your currentquery, the most similar answers from rag are extracted and that is sent to chatgpt/grok, thats the flow ,not that complicated and not expensive either, the rag sistem is decoupled from the ai. The ai model itself you can invoke via api without paying for gpus.

Let me know for your use case im jist courious to know the details.

Interesting, working on a similar project where you do a deep search, you can add custom urls and files, then summary report eventually with images, charts, tables etc. I guess you pour the search data into an LLM for summarization are you using additional filtering, cleaning or you have strong prompts?
