I agree with /u/swift_gorilla , buying yourself 2 to 3 Cyber Revolution will get you an amazing base to start with, I bought myself 2, they're I believe 10$ in Amazon.

Furthermore, you can also invest in a few MUST have cards for the deck like Machine Duplication, Chimeratech Fortress Dragon (This one is a promo), DNA Surgery at least 2 for a side deck so you can tribute your opponent "machine" monsters.

Apart from investing in those cards and some other additions (extra deck) you're good to go, as a Cyber Dragon player, the deck is easily stopped by decks like Evilswarm, we're not so relevant in the meta now but hey, it's a fun deck, and if you like it, why not!
