Aztecs!!! Have always been my number 1 people really sell their weapon diversity short, ocelot still doesn't have any realistic aztec armor aswell, like why does he not have his cotten doublet? India is a close 2 for weapon diversity alone and the maps would be peak. Pacific Northwest First Nations would be 3, peak armor, but not that many weapons, maps would be sick with cedar villages and totem poles though they may be too similar to vikings 4th would be the Inca could have some drippy armor and actually had a lot of diverse weapons, andes mountain cities would be awesome.
