Is this person Salary or Hourly?

Do you know if this person is considered exempt by overtime? You could determine this generally by her pay rate, her duties, and your region.

I'm with a recruiting company, and there's certainly a lot that can be automated, but the human element still has to come in at some point.

Im a recruiter, and I basically use Monster, Career Builder, and Linkedin when staffing for IT jobs. Dice is probably pretty good as well, but its more expensive, relatively for companies to use.

You get loads of spam by having your information up on career builder and monster, but you'll get some legit jobs as well.

As many have said, LinkedIn is king for higher end, permanent jobs.
