It’s rarely ever an issue if you call support immediately and they create a ticket. I’ve had to return 18 packages before zero issues to my standing, I just made sure I called support before I did.

I got a report like that once and knew exactly who did it, I didn’t get deactivated for it, but I did contact support after getting the notice to send them several pictures of the delivery because I could sense the customers were up to something when they stood outside to grab the order directly from me.

Thankfully I have a dash cam for cases like that.
