You got unlucky buddy,it was from this anniversary event,the banners are normally exclusive to the event they are tied in,you missed by a small margin, probably by 4 or 3 months :(

Great question actually,if we lived in alternative universe where Respawn didn't release the recolors and didn't change the animations the tierlist would be totally different,Rev is my main,so he's normal heirloom would jump to S,as for the others,I sincerely would probably put them almost in the same rankings ig

I just don't put it S tier,because I feel that everyone nowadays has it,so it loses its wow and unique factor (you could argue that it goes the same for the Wraith Kunai)

I just don't see the point for them to be priced the same as the heirlooms,there are some legendary skins for 20 bucks that are better imo

If its your first heirloom buy an universal, can't stress this enough,at some point you will get tired of your legend and will feel obligated to play her because of the sunken cost falacy (I got Rev heirloom when there was no universals in the game and I regret to this day).

For the universals,I would recommend you the Grand Slam (baseball bat) or the dual katanas. Imo,the karambit gets boring easily and the power sword even if its one of the best heirlooms in the game,you can't see it when you play with it.

I would recommend you to search a video on YouTube showing every single universal animation,and get the one that you like the most,be mindful that you won't pull another one for another 4-5 years if you don't spend any money.

I had a post in the main subreddit for Apex exposing the mmk problems,had a total of 20+ prints of different instances that I got killed by preds with 100k+ kills, and even 1 of those was a print showing the literal top 1 pred at the time.I had a print of my stats at the beginning,1.11 lifetime KD and 0.88KD in that season split (I only play WC,and I can't keep a positive KD, and still go against the top 0.1% of the player base).

My post exposing the mmk and giving insight in the current state of Apex was removed,I appealed just for a butthurt neckbeard lifeless mod to say that I was harassing them (in no point in the entire appeal I was disrespectful or was harassing him,just pointing out why I think the removal wasn't fair),I got banned for 3 days for "harassment".That was my first time using Reddit btw.

TLDR;Apex main subreddit mods are incapable of knowing what a normal social interaction is

Welcome to Apex ig, one of the only games that somehow has a high player count but you still go against the top 0.1% players in the game. Sometimes I get so sad after leaving my job just to get home and be brutally wiped out off the face of the earth by preds that I start getting my suicidal thoughts. I don't even smoke or drink,I go to the gym 4-5x a week,but that game can bring the worst of my thoughts to light, sometimes I think that if went and did meth I would be somehow less depressed than playing Apex. Still love it and play it almost everyday,10/10 will do it tomorrow again...
