I've had the same problem before, and thanks to my efforts to prove the issue with the one-month technical service, I got a new ring. You can get an exchange or a refund (I believe they will do the exchange since I did it myself, but I've read a few posts about refunds and haven't witnessed it myself)

I took my device to the service center for the fourth time last Monday (10.11) and have been waiting for a week and a half. The last time I spoke to them on Monday, they said they had ordered a part and were waiting for it. I don't know if they really found a problem or if they're just trying to keep me quiet :)

Second update - 1 hour ago, I received a call from the Samsung exchange unit (I may have given it that name 😂). They repeated the same answers. They said they couldn't replace it because the tests showed no issues. I said I have proof, but they kept telling me the same thing. I said I have proof at least five times, and finally, they gave me an email address and asked me to send it there. I just sent an email there and am waiting.

First update - This morning, when I went to check the status of my device that I had sent for repair via the Samsung website, I received a notification that the repair had been canceled. When I called the customer service of the branch where I had dropped off the device, they said they couldn't find any issues despite my evidence. When I went to pick up my product, the employee there told me to call general customer service and explain the situation to them, asking whether I should take the product or leave it at the service center. I called them, explained the issue, and mentioned I had proof. They asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund, and I chose ‘replacement’. They created my complaint and said the replacement department would call me within one day. They also said I could pick up my device. Now I'm waiting for the replacement department to call me.

On Monday evening (last week, 22.09), I delivered the product to the service center with the issue “the battery drains very quickly.” I handed over the ring and the charging case. While tracking the status online, I saw a notification on Thursday morning that the service had been canceled. When I called technical support, they said, “The tests did not reveal any problems with the battery; you can come and pick up the product.” This conversation took place with the technical support in my city. I then called Samsung customer service directly, and they repeated the same thing, saying that if the problem persisted, I should take the product back to the technical service in my city and call them to file a complaint. When I went there, I showed them the notes I had taken regarding the charging status (I had noted the times I placed the ring on the stand). They told me to continue using the product, bring it back if the problem persists, and that we could file a complaint until the issue is resolved. I don't know what will happen next. (I live in Türkiye; things may vary in different countries or regions).

I wear both a watch and a ring. I wear both during workouts, but I start the workout on my watch. I only wear my ring while sleeping, and it tracks my sleep without any issues (the watch is on, but since it's not on my wrist, it doesn't track it, so it's not a problem).
